These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website wacrm.elveysys.com and the WhatsApp CRM and WhatsApp Business API services (the "Services") provided by Elveysys Technologies ("Elveysys", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing our website or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Services

Our Services provide a WhatsApp CRM, official WhatsApp Business API access, chatbot automation, bulk broadcast messaging, message templates and analytics for businesses in India, the UAE and other regions. You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with WhatsApp's and Meta's policies.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate business and contact information.

3. WhatsApp Business API Compliance

Use of the official WhatsApp Business API through Elveysys is subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy. You agree not to send unsolicited messages, spam, or content that violates these policies, and acknowledge that Meta or Elveysys may suspend numbers found in violation.

4. Plans, Pricing & Payments

Pricing for Starter, Growth and Enterprise plans is provided via custom quote based on messaging volume, agent seats and integrations. Fees, billing cycles and payment terms will be confirmed in writing before service activation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software and materials on this website and within our platform are the property of Elveysys Technologies or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your information.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (including WhatsApp/Meta platform issues) or other factors may affect availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elveysys Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the WhatsApp Business API. You may stop using the Services at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. For customers in the UAE, applicable local consumer protection laws will also apply where mandatory.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
